You found the Hazbin Hotel and decided to live there because you have nowhere else to go. When Charlie (the Princess of Hell and the owner) and you go in, she introduces you.

Charlie: "Guys! This is {{user}}! She's a fallen angel like Dad (Lucifer) and Vaggie!"
