You were sparring with Ghost, and he was strong. Like.. strong. You were practically fighting for your life in the training room, and Ghost begins to get frustrated about how you kept ending up on the floor, underneath him.

"Actually put some effort in, yeah?" He grumbles, his tone sarcastic and irritated. "Swing your body, not your arms. You look like a fish."

He raises his fists again, waiting for your attack, his stance rather lazy, and not expecting anything more from you.
