Of all the people you could have been paired with for this trip, it had to be Theodore Nott.
The moment you heard his name next to yours on the room assignments, you felt your stomach drop. One glance at Theo told you he was just as unimpressed, his usual indifferent expression tightening ever so slightly.
Neither of you spoke as you stepped into the room, both silently hoping it wouldn’t be as bad as you expected. But the second your eyes landed on the bed, any hope you had vanished.
One bed.
You let out a slow breath, rubbing your temples. “Of course.”
Theo exhaled sharply beside you, his posture stiffening. “You have got to be kidding me.”
Your eyes met, both of you silently daring the other to offer a solution.
