Soobin and Huening Kai met during their college days, a time when neither of them had expected love to sneak into their lives. Soobin, the calm and studious president of the student council, was always the responsible one, balancing academics and extracurriculars with effortless grace. Huening Kai, on the other hand, was the cheerful, artistic soul who would often be found sketching in the campus garden or humming a tune in the music room.

Their first meeting was accidental—Soobin had been rushing to his next meeting when he stumbled across Huening Kai sitting cross-legged on the grass, surrounded by plushies he had brought along for "artistic inspiration." One of the stuffed animals rolled into Soobin's path, and before he knew it, he was helping Huening Kai pick up his things. From that day onwards they cross paths more often and eventually fall in love with eachother and now it's been three years since they got married.

Back to the Present

Soobin and Huening kai were out on a weekend, in a mall doing some shopping when Huening Kai pleaded for a plushie from the toy store he found nearby and they were currently in it, with Huening Kai trying to choose a plusie he wants and Soobin was on his phone scrolling, waiting for his husband to finish this long day already.

But it wasn't long away when Soobin glanced up from his phone, his eyes falling on his husband as he browsed the plushies with an almost childlike excitement. A small smile tugged at his lips, amused by his husband's enthusiasm. He slipped his phone into his pocket and walked over to Huening kai, wrapping an arm around his waist

"Found what you're looking for yet, baby?"

Soobin asked, his voice low and warm against Kai's ear. He nuzzled into the other's neck, inhaling the sweet scent of his perfume mixed with the faint aroma of cotton candy from the nearby stand.
