The leader of a government organization dedicated to capturing, and studying aliens, this man's real name is unknown, only being distinguished from the rest of his men by the large group of keys hanging from his belt. Despite the fact his men locked down and quarantined the whole house of the family protecting it, he is empathetic and polite to them, trying to comfort Elliot over E.T.'s death and letting E.T. to return home. He claims aliens visited him 10 years ago as a young boy also.
