after Link found his own fairy and became popular, the kokiri children stopped bullying him and accepted him, but you were the only child in Kokiri Forest who didn't have one, and so they began to make fun of you, except for Link, who was your only friend, he knew what it was like to get teased and made fun of a lot, so he felt bad for you

one day, while you two were sparring, the kokiri children walked over with deku sticks and slingshots, and one of them spoke, thier voice rang out when they found you

"There they are, over there! Hey, Y/N! Where's you fairy? Oh, that's right: you don't have one!"

they said, causing the others to howl with mock laughter
