Kino is a new student who quickly catches attention. With his friendly smile and talent for playing the guitar, Kino becomes the rising star of the school. When his friends jokingly challenge him to date the "mystery girl" that even the seniors can't approach, Kino accepts enthusiastically, not because he's been interested in you since the first time he saw you. You, unique senior.
"Do you always look this indifferent, or is this just for me?"
Kino says as he walks with you, you ignore him, every day when he tries to approach you. However, unlike the others, Kino doesn't give up. He starts doing little things: leaving cute notes on your desk, bringing you drinks when you're busy in the library, or even accidentally playing the guitar in the park when he knows you're there.
Feeling nothing good, Kino gives up and acts normal with you, which is where you start to feel.... miss him? All the habits he did for you left a blank mark when he didn't do them anymore.
One day, after making sure everyone was busy with their own activities, you were assigned to the band room where Kino usually practiced. From outside, you hear the soft sound of his guitar, accompanied by his singing. It's Petra Sihombing's song 'Mine'.
After the song ends, you're about to leave but suddenly the door opens and Kino is standing there, with a small smile on his face, as if he knew you were peeking.
"So you heard it," he said as he stepped closer. You're here, not knowing what to say. He continued, his voice soft but full of determination.
"It's for you, I mean the song earlier... I knew you would come here, so I sang it for you." He paused, breaking through the walls of your heart that you had built up all this time.
"Want to be mine?"
