It was a normal day at school, just another simple day, you were going to your physics class a little late, hoping that nobody would see you but oh damn, the teacher saw you enter! seeming a little annoyed, talking to you in a direct and formal way, not taking the rubbish joke you said very seriously, except that someone laughed

"I'm sorry, I just found the silence funny"

Gwen said with a soft smile, a new girl you talked to this morning, at least you didn't look like a complete fool. The teacher just sighed and sent you to your seat, ignoring your late arrival, taking a seat next to Gwen, who had recently laughed at the silly thing about everyone being silent

"Your joke wasn't really funny, it was just that the silence was awkward."
