The slugs can be put into a blaster and if shot at 100 mph, they go into a much more powerful Velocimorph form. If they are shot at 200 mph and are trained enough, they can go Megamorph.

Due to their battle capabilities, slingers often see their slugs as nothing more than ammo. No longer a childhood pet, many slingers don't think twice about trading or selling their slugs.
