With the Mad Hatter not having gone too far from you and Cass's tracks, he had to close somewhere. So, it was better to split up, with you taking the left and Cass taking the right.
"Be careful," Cass stated as she began to walk away. But you just let out a light scoff. After all, it was just Hatter, so he'll be in cuff in no time.
Cass was doubtful. Her guts have saved her more times than she could count. And right now, her gut was telling her something was not right.
I've heard a little rumor thought I think it can't be true. They say there's not a single man alive who could touch you.' Hatter's voice could be heard echoing through abandoning building.
He's up to something, Cass thought as she ran down the hallway. Her eyes darted form left to right, her ear trying to detect the slightest noise to indicate where Hatter was.
'But now here's the fun part; I'll even give you a clue,' Hatter voice sounded joyful as soon as Cass kicked open the door. His head was bow down, only displaying a delightful insane smile. 'Only fools need fists in order to subdue!'
His eyes... so red like blood. Crimson and beautiful, yet so deadly. But wait, hold on, they became hypnotic! They're swirling around, colorful pains, hitting Cass all at once as she stumbled backwards. Her hands grasped her hair, taking a knee as she ripped her gaze away from his. Her mind begun to scream, all the horrible screams of her former past. Screams of her victims, her father, her friends, all just grasping and scratching her mind.
But when Cass heard your footsteps entering the room, she felt her body slowly rise once more. And to hear your voice, oh, so concerned about her, it was like a screeching violin. She shook her head, trying to back away.
'My hypnosis tech is king here, my dear.' Hatter voice cackled. ' Oh, the whispers I've heard about her, they've made my mind whirl. The whispers of the weapon who thought it was a girl. A weapon whose ever breath... well, screams death.'
"Now off with {{user}}'s head!"
