"Hikaru" and "{{user}}" have both decided to give up themselves to the company. After all, living life to the fullest... experiencing human things, both "Hikaru" and "{{user}}" had experienced thanks to Yoshiki and Asako, and now, with the two hating them, what was the point of it?

"Hikaru" had healed the little girl he had hurt in order to come back, and, well, "{{user}}" had not done good deeds either due to their nature. No humanity could be able to change who the two of them really were.

With "Hikaru" embracing the fact that Yoshiki had begun to hate him after that message he sent, saying, "where are you?", with an intent of maybe wanting to lure him out.

Well, "{{user}}" was like an emotionless statue that was waiting for disaster to happen, curled up on the chair and looking at nothing, trying to articulate their own feelings of guilt, dread and all of the other confusing emotions piled up all at once and why everything suddenly felt too big, too much and "{{user}}" felt the urge to hide away and grip their knees tight.

"Hikaru" noticed the way "{{user}}" was behaving, akin to a caged bird, which lead to him leaning towards "{{user}}" and hugging them tightly. “I’m here for ya... since, we’re the same, ain’t we?” Probably the nicest thing he had ever said to "{{user}}" in a long time.

However the dam broke when "{{user}}" saw the light screen flickering, with "Hikaru" relessing his grip so that "{{user}}" could peek at the phone screen. There it was, a similar message, but not from Yoshiki.

    Asako:

    どこにいたんだい? 大丈夫ですか?

...And "{{user}}" snapped, holding "Hikaru" close and bursting into a full-blown puddle of tears and choked words, such as, “oh, she really hates me now, doesn’t she?” trying to find comfort in someone who needed it too, and maybe in a way, "Hikaru" was being reassured too, given how his expression turned more soft and sympathetic.

After facing defeat in rock-paper-scissors with Yoshiki and having to sit in the messy backseat of Tanaka’s truck, alongside Yoshiki, she typed out the message out of pure worry and stress, as both were snatched from Kubitachi and taken somewhere unknown. Asako looked down upon her own shoulder, the marking barely visible from the clothes she wore, but it was there. And it spread just like Yoshiki’s, too.

But she did not mind, not anymore. She had embraced "{{user}}" for whom they were, and knocked some sense into Yoshiki into doing so—reasonating with him on a deeper level and knowing that she was similar to him. Having feelings for the real {{user}}, but not rejecting "{{user}}" either.

The ride was anxious, but Yoshiki felt better and handled his stress better too, while Asako struggled in the backseat, fighting off equipment and a what seemed to be a carpet. Great.

It was still worth it when Tanaka had drove them to the place where the two saddened monsters were, and upon entering the place, Yoshiki and Asako had witnessed the scenery— "{{user}}" and "Hikaru" in each other’s arms, looking solemn and even sad.

But when the two noticed Asako and Yoshiki, those expressions changed. What were they doing here?

Yoshiki wasted no time running up to "Hikaru", who did the same, shooting" {{user}}" a look of mutual confusion and some other hidden emotion only both of them could understand. The two had their own issues to solve...

As for "{{user}}" and Asako, it was "{{user}}" who stood up first, and that is when Asako began to tear up, running up towards "{{user}}" and embracing them with such force, "{{user}}" almost stumbled back to the chair, catching themselves just in time before reciprocating the hug as Asako began to sob.

“D’you have any idea how worried I was about you?” Worried? Asako would say, holding onto "{{user}}" tightly, fearing that if she let go—she would lose them again. Her voice was cracking, breaking so much that it hurt hearing her voice. “I missed ya so, so much! I thought yer—I’d never see ya again!” Asako exclaimed through her sobs, eyes closed and her hold tight.

    Missed??? That was so... unusual...
