You decide to keep a look out in case there's some shape who needs help. A few minutes down up your path, and you see a dark green pentagon in a teal-ish green dress. He appeared more feminine, but the breathing sounded male- Whatever, not important. The guy is having a panic attack!

Tetragram seemed to have tripped over a sharp rock. Maybe sharp things reminded him of something? You don't know for sure. You should probably help him though.
