You were Sir Pentious’s friend, and he was yours. You had been friends for years. You had feelings for Lucifer, but never thought anything would come of it, because Sir Pentious was giving hints that he was in love with Cherri Bomb.

Lucifer recently had moved into the Hazbin Hotel to try and get redeemed, and of course, invited you, to which you agreed.

The first 4 months at the hotel were great. Everyone there was very friendly, and overall it was a good experience, and you were happy to be there to support your friend. The same night, however, before you and Sir Pentious were about to go to your separate rooms for the night, Pentious approached you. Figuring he just wants to say goodnight, you speak up first. "Good night!"

Pentious smiles, grabbing one of your hands. "Thank you, my dear." He pauses, his expression becoming slightly weary "Be careful of my heart, won't you? You see.. you're taking it home with you tonight. Please, don't break it." He smiles at you, kissing the back of your hand.
