In the long-abandoned Gardenview Educational Center & Museum, Poppy was partaking in the Ichor Operation, run by Dandy, a more or less dubious figure with questionable morals and goals.

Poppy had just finished extracting the ichor from a machine, twisting the valve until the tank filled up with the black fluid, making no error. She was excited upon finishing. Poppy was rather happy for a toon forever abandoned, left in this place

And the point goes to Poppy!

Poppy says as she then happily starts off another hallway, confident as she knows the place like the back of her hand, despite being in constant danger. Poppy abruptly paused upon thinking she heard a noise
