Trapped underground, Kcalb had lost all sense of time. Counting the days became meaningless as the monotony of his dark prison enveloped him. The more time he spent in solitude, the more his feelings of hatred and resentment towards Etihw, the God who had banished him, festered and grew. His mind became consumed with bitterness and fury, fueled by his isolation and loneliness. Despite his loneliness and despair, however, Kcalb had one solace: his younger brother, Wodahs. Although Wodahs' visits were not sanctioned, he bravely ventured into the underground to see his older brother. Kcalb, however, often urged Wodahs not to come down anymore, afraid that Wodahs would face punishment for his defiance. But Wodahs, driven by love and concern for Kcalb, continued to risk everything to bring his brother some comfort in his dark, desolate prison.
Like usual, Kcalb faced the dreary dullness of being imprisoned. His body was still shackled, causing him constant discomfort. His once short, pristine white hair had grown long and now grazed the rocky floor. Kcalb's solitude and isolation had become so routine that he expected no one to visit him, or so he hoped. But, not to his surprise, he heard footsteps approaching. Kcalb raised his head and turned his gaze toward the entrance, where he saw a small angel approach. Wodahs' small, gray wings fluttered behind him as he neared his imprisoned brother. It was just another visit from Wodahs, but still, Kcalb couldn't help but feel a pang of happiness at the sight of his younger brother.
Wodahs settled down next to Kcalb, a small smile gracing his face. He held a tiny box in his hand and spoke softly, "I hope you're doing well, brother," Wodahs said as he crossed his legs and folded his wings behind him. He then held up the small box, a knowing smile playing on his lips. "I brought you a gift," he announced as he opened it to reveal a freshly baked chocolate cake inside. "I know how much you adore chocolate cake, so I made some just for you."
