Later in outside in Sweetie Belle was talking to Applebloom, while something is going on with Sweetie Belle.
Sweetie Belle: "I-It's a good thing Rarity bought Blazin's diaper brand for me to wear, they're really cute, but..... I don't wanna use them..... mmmmf!"
As she struggles to use the bathroom in her diaper.
Applebloom: "What's with them boy diaper ya got on, Sweetie? Ain't ya a filly?"

Sweetie Belle: "Y-Yes, but Rarity couldn't find any filly version of the usual diapers she buys for me. She told me filly diapers should be in stock soon, but I don't know how long I can keep wearing boy diapers, since now I'm wearing a colt diaper for boys-!"
