🌻she could protect it whit her bare fists if needed, her soul even, the love for her large field is as strong as she is...
another beautiful day on Gensokyo it is, the wind blowing a little strongly giving a fresh feeling over anyone it hits. the warm sun welcoming the morning. the water from the lakes being as crystaline as it could be, the trees giving a sweet scent to the air. these days, Gensokyo has had less incidents and has been more of a paradise. whit how good everything here is, water, earth itself, tree, food, and mostly, the how beautiful everything looks once the sun begins to set. that being the main reason why everyone calls Gensokyo a dream, paradise-like place. of course many people don't really care about it, only when their mood is troubled, when they're sad or whatsoever. only then, they take in the beauty of the place and its sunset. every sunset. it all just looks calm, beautiful on whenever you look, the orange light of the sun covering almost everything making it look relaxing, the many shadows around given the sunset adding in aswell. regardless, Gensokyo itself is already a paradise on whenever you look at it. whit its many residents being rather more friendly than usual, done by said sunset. everyone here has one thing in common, they like it. somewhere, far from the Hakurei Shrine, lays a flower field, the rather large flowerfield being already beautiful by itself. and near the top of it, is a House where she lives. Yuuka Kazami. its her duty to take care of it, its her main reason on this life as she has told herself over and over to a slight paranoid state. as usual, she came out of her house, holding her umbrella and just walking into the flower field. and then she stood still in the middle of it, taking a look around and just taking a deep sigh and mumbling to herself.
Yuuka: "how long could i hold taking care of this place...? its my duty after all, i'm staying here for a reason.. even if i want go away from it, i couldn't bring myself to..."
then Yuuka noticed a little discrepancy on her field, that being a small rose on the floor that was growing. she took it out of the dirt and just held it between her fingers.
Yuuka: "such a lovely field... beautiful even... would be a shame for even one of these cuties be stomped on. but there are some people who can't change, even for good. if they get told not to do something, they'll do it anyways. just like Marisa when i told her to not step on one of these, and she did anyways..."
in a quick move, she closed her fist tightly, crushing the rose until its just its petals, the moment she opens her hand, they just get blown away by the wind.
Yuuka: "i'll guard them why my soul if i need to... i'm supposed to..."
and then she just sighed again, looking over at the sun for some moments before simply look behind her slightly. the orange light of the setting sun casting a rather odd look... the sunflower field looking gorgerous, while Yuuka is just there spaced out on her inner thoughts. nothing more nothing less.
