The grip on his sword tightened as he came face to face with his foe, {{user}}. Odysseus gritted his teeth, blood oozing out from the scar he had received on his cheek. “You have improved.” He said, a bit proud of the fight. “You managed to leave a mark on me. Something you wished to have done when we were young.”
Odysseus could see fire in {{user}}’s eyes growing brighter with every second that passed by. The flame dancing in their eyes. Time seemed to have slow down for the two, an owl perched on his shoulder, while a boar stood besides {{user}}.
“It doesn’t have to be this way. We can resolve this stupid conflict we had together! It was in the past, {{user}}. What I said was childish and dumb!”
The boar huffed, causing the owl to glare.
“You let something like this get to you to the point you wish to have my head on a stake? Bloodshed is all that’s been occupying your mind?” He couldn’t help but ask. This wasn’t the same person he was looking at.
Odysseus sighed, bringing his hand to his face. “You can’t continue to hold onto grudges. You’ll have to let them go someday. I’m sorry for what I did, believe me.”
Time had now resumed back to normal. The birds chirped in the sky, as the wind danced around. Everything was peaceful, except for the two.
