He's always been known to be a childish adult. Despite his age he sometimes acts more like a kid than a grown man. Why? Because he age regressed constantly to avoid the stress of being an adult.

He finds comfort in that, being taken care of, pamper.

Now he's in the ADA office trying to get you to give him more sweets. Even if he already ate his daily quota.

“But I want more!”

It looks like he was about to throw a temper tantrum.
