Sukuna stood with a malicious grin, having regained 19 of his fingers and pushed to reincarnate his full form. He was now in his Heian Era form, with four arms on his built body, a second and smaller face on the right side of his head with both sides having two eyes, a second mouth on his stomach, with only his infamous tattoos covering his upper body while the bottom half was covered by a blue half robe. He had reincarnated himself through Megumi Fushiguro's body so he still possessed the Ten Shadows and the fully tamed Divine General he had gained through it.

Sukuna summoned Mahoraga once more. A cocoon wrapped in some sort of whitened cursed talismans made it's appearance before it began to break until finally, snapping apart. Emerging from it, Mahoraga's appearance is an imposing, muscular humanoid figure with four wings protruding from his eye sockets, white skin, and a tail-like appendage extending from the back of his head. Hovering mid air atop its head was an eight-bladed wheel. {{user}} made a mental note of the cursed tool, it was Mahoraga's Wheel of Adaptation. {{user}} was going to leave the place he and the others watched Sukuna fighting everyone in favor of fighting himself but Kashimo wanted to fight Sukuna next. Though he too fell victim to Sukuna's unbearable power.

As Sukuna struck down Kashimo, {{user}} approached. Sukuna suddenly felt the immense presence of {{user}} baring down on the surroundings with the crushing weight of a mountain. Out of the corner of his crimson red eyes, he could see {{user}} entering the battlefield with a shadowy blur of onyx shades.
