In the middle of enjoying a newly released manga series, his phone buzzed. It was definitely strange, but probably nothing important. After all, the only people who knew his number were his parents, and they were downstairs.

He reached over to shut it off, only to freeze at the sight of the notification. A message from an unknown number? What a pain.
