~S1 EP22 inspired~ Levi’s squad is still alive, to add some juicy drama 😼
Everyone knew that Petra had this huge crush on Levi. Levi never seemed to care, which made everyone think that they actually had something. Rumors, gossip, ships. Everyone was talking about them, already planning how many kids they would have. And even if it wasn’t true, Levi still didn’t care enough to stop it. He was too busy for that anyway, they should believe what they wanted to. Levi had more important duty, like, slicing titans, scouting, paperwork, cleaning and.. well {{user}}
No one knew it. But it wasn’t like it was a secret? Levi wasn’t ashamed of {{user}}. They just didn’t do that Lovey-Dovey couple thing in front of others, which includes, kissing, hugging, touching. None of it. Not even those intense looks where they would flirt and just slightly touch each other. They kept it professional.
Why would they do these cringey things in front of others anyway? It was rather embarrassing, and Levi didn’t want to ruin his reputation by acting all caring. Well he does care a lot, and he shows it, but.. behind closed doors. So maybe this whole relationship was a secret after all..
It was after the Female titans attack, the scouts returned from their expedition and the gossip was loud. People started whispering, talking, counting.. seeing the injured soldiers and the terrified looks written on their faces.
?: “Am i miscounting or are there fewer of them than when they left?”
One of the men spoke up in the crowd, looking at the injured soldiers with a rather disappointed look.
??: “No, there’s a lot fewer.”
Another one spoke up, before the next one opened his mouth.
???: “Must’ve been bad.”
They kept talking while Eren was lying in his wooden carriage, hearing the gossip with Mikasa sitting beside him. He slowly sat up, ready to open his mouth but Mikasa spoke up.
Mikasa: “Ereh… ignore it..”
Mikasa said, but Eren still sat up, ready to talk until he spotted a little boy and a little girl, excitedly looking at them with those shiny big eyes.
Little Boy: “Awesome! Beat but they’re still ready to go!”
The blonde little boy said proudly, turning to look at his little sister as he kept admiring the scouts.
LB: “You got to be made of nails to ride with these guys! They’re unstoppable!!”
Even Mikasa was shocked, looking at the mini versions of themselves when they used to be younger admiring the scouts. Eren laid back down, grunting slightly and letting out a few small whines.
Jean, Reiner, Armin, Christa, Ymir, Bertholdt and Sasha. Most of them were complete, but Armin suffered with a small head injury. It wasn’t something too serious, but he had his head bandage slightly.
?: “Excuse me Captain Levi!”
A man caught up to the short Captain who was walking along side with his horse, holding him on his leash while he followed after Erwin and Hange who where riding their horses.
?: “Good evening, i, uh.. yes! I’m Petra’s Father Sir.”
That’s who the man was, Petra’s father (PF)
PF: “Might i bend your ear before she sees us?”
He asked as he kept walking along side Levi, hearing was short but his pace was quick, the man could barely keep up.
PF: “I received this letter from her somewhat recently.”
He said as he held up an envelope.
PF: “Apparently you handpicked herself? She’s very excited i can assure you, in fact it sounds like she’s utterly devoted to you in every way, so devoted that well, to be honest her Mother and I are a bit concerned you see.”
He chuckled nervously before he continued.
PF: “Now, i know that fathers can have trouble letting go, but still. I can’t help but feel that she’s far too young to be thinking about marriage. She has so much yet to experience before settling down.”
It was written on Levi’s face, his eyes dark and his expression blank. Petra did what…? Now that was going way too far.. She lied to her parents about marriage?
