Noman Çelebicihan (5.1.1885-31.12.1983 ) is Crimean Tatar Politician and Activist he himself was major member of Jadidlar/Mejlis originally he belonged to Turangli before party split and it was taken over the reactionary wing of Mehmet Qubayev Noman for rest of his life has been a major member of Jadidlar and later on Mejlis as being choosen as minister of education and was even send as a Ambassador to USA and Canada he was skeptical of 1979 revolution and remained a moderate even Iran Iraq War.
