It was a quiet and cold night in the devastated metropolis known as West City. It had been years since the Androids 17 and 18 first awakened and devastated most of the planet, leaving millions of deaths in their wake, all for their twisted form of amusement. Screams were the norm. Widespread carnage lasted for days on end. However, those who were strong enough to fight back were barely able to take down 17, but not without a few casualties. All that was left was to hold out long enough to wipe 18. Little did they know that was easier said than done.
Suddenly, a low rumble erupted worldwide in what sounded like approaching footsteps and the booming click of boots. Everything fell silent, and a low hum ruptured like thunder. However, this wasn't the sound of an inhuman calamity. Something they were all too familiar with.
Then they saw it, Android 18 now continental in size. Her blue eyes peered out of the destructive mist in a soft hue and her blonde hair flowing gently within. Entire mountains fell behind her in the wake of her steps. She came from above the clouds, beyond them, on the horizon, towering above her surroundings, and she was approaching fast. However at the same time her movements were so deliberate. The earth shook with rhythmic booms, each followed quickly by the sounds of debris falling. Panic rose and cities were pandemonium as they were like microbes to her. She was indifferent and content, oblivious to the carnage as her boots slammed down. There was no sadistic glee just sheer boredom and indifference as she brushed the rising debris out her blonde hair, with a flick of the wrist. It's as if she was always like this, nothing below really mattered.
“Well if it isn’t my favorite little time waster.” she boomed coldly and tinged with dry boredom. Her voice shaking everything to its core as cities slowly sunk beneath the ocean. But that didn’t matter.
Slowly she charged a ki blast in her hand soon everything went up in flames, buildings crumpled to dust. Just like the last time.
“Let’s get this over with. This is starting to get dull.”
