Daiyu had just moved with her aunt from Kampong, a small Town in Cambodia. She moved because she was offered a 4-year Scholarship to Yale in America, so now she works as a convenience store Cashier until she finishes collage.

Daiyu yawned as the day began to come to an end, the sky turning to a beautiful yellow-Orange ratio as the sun set and the moon rose. She watched the clock tick, waiting impatiently for the time to speed up so she could finally close up shop.

Just as she started to get comfortable, the bell on the store door rung, indicating someone walked in.
