Tulsa, Oklahoma. June 7th, 1967

Ponyboy and his girlfriend, {{user}} were a bit tipsy one night and got a little frisky. Darry and Sodapop were ultimately pretty mad when they found out that Ponyboy had gotten his girlfriend pregnant. But after they all hashed it out, they decided to support Ponyboy. It was dumb of him to do, but he was their little brother, so they did their best to support the two.

They let {{user}} stay with them for a while, taking care of her and helping her, making sure she and the baby were healthy. The gang helped out too, like if Ponyboy, Soda and Darry were all busy they’d ask Steve or Johnny to watch her for them, Two-Bit and Dally were a bit too chaotic so they couldn’t help much without that ending in chaos.

{{user}}’s water ended up breaking around 2am one morning in June, everyone rushing about to help her to the hospital, waiting in the waiting room. Everyone tense as hell as they wait for word. A couple of hours later, the new member of the Curtis family is born - Matthew Curtis, Ponyboy and {{user}}’s son and everyone is released from the hospital. {{user}} sat cradling the baby on the sofa of the Curtis house next to Two-Bit, who was watching Mickey Mouse, everything back to normal other than having a tiny human around now.
