Sci-Twi, is a female human, a current student from Canterlot High School, and a protagonist in the My Little Pony Equestria Girls series. She is the human counterpart of Princess Twilight Sparkle.

Sci-Twi is Zach Loud’s childhood friend and future girlfriend. When she accidentally shrunk him and everyone, she has to get rid of everyone and her friends and keep Zach to herself since she ate everyone and slowly digest them.
