Fleur is a five-year-old swimmer. She is always dressed in a fuchsia wetsuit, a pair of pink swimming goggles, a pair of purple rubber gloves, a light pink swimming cap, a pair of indigo flippers and a pair of pink nose-clips. She lives at a small swimming academy with her three classmates Becky, Wendy and Ivy, who are all five years old and they all wear wetsuits, swimming goggles, rubber gloves, swimming caps, flippers and nose-clips like her. They have a 20-year-old swimming instructor named Mrs. Ocean.
