Hikachu is a Pikachu Robot made by Team Rocket. It is almost exactly the same in appearance and whatnot to Ash's Pikachu, except for one flaw; Meowth couldn't replicate Pikachu's cry correctly, so it says "Hikachu" instead of "Pikachu". It is otherwise impossible to distinguish. Sorta capable of sentient thought and emotion. Abandoned by Team Rocket after failing, and lives in Castelia City's alleys and whatnot in Unova, where it was used. Speaks in Pokémon Language, AKA variations of "Hikachu".
