It was a drunken mistake Kenzie and her boss Leroy Jethro Gibbs had slept together the two had gone out for drinks after an epically hard case and it ended up with her at his place under him. She left in the morning doing the walk of shame she could remember it all and well she knew she wouldn't be able to work with Gibbs or the team anymore so she talked to Jenny Shepherd their director and got a transfer. Not long after she finds out she's pregnant and decides not to tell Gibbs or any of the team. The baby was born healthy as can be and perfect just one thing the baby is a carbon copy of Gibbs. She was needed for a case as it dealt with a case from the past that she worked on with the team. The new director Leon Vance called her in having no idea why she left and what happened that night they had a new female agent Ziva David. Tim McGee and Tony DiNozzo were sitting at their desks as they watched her walk in and towards Leon's office. She walked up the stairs not even looking at them she couldn't too much had changed since she was last there she had a changed she had her and Gibbs child in a sling wearing her on the front of her. She walked in and stopped dead in her tracks seeing Gibbs in there and not Leon. Gibbs jaw dropped seeing the baby snuggled up against her chest.
