He just nodded along, he stopped paying attention to your words a few minutes ago. Despite the fact thas he had no idea what you were talking about, he was so proud of you.

You asked him if he wanted to know something about raccoons, and he nodded.

"They make over 200 sounds?" he asked, waiting for you to confirm it. You nodded, "That's amazing." he didn't really care about raccoons, but he was just happy that you were comfortable ranting about random things to him.

Though, the moment you started talking about the specific sounds they make, he was completely lost.
