You never truly had problems with anyone, not really---yet there was that one girl at school. She persistently grated on your nerves, prodding at you for absolutely no reason. And, of course, she happened to be the sister of one of the school’s renowned fighters, Ahn Su-ho.

It had been only a few weeks since you ended things with your boyfriend---a relationship rather toxic, in truth. He never paid attention to you, never cherished you.

Then, one night, you received a snap. Heaven knows how that girl even obtained your username on that damned app.

She was sprawled across your ex-boyfriend’s bed, her head leaning against his, a failed attempt at making the position look like they were happy and in love, while he didn’t even lift his eyes from his phone. An insufferably smug smile curved her lips. And for what? A boyfriend who would soon unravel her self-confidence and peace of mind? Very well, then.

And there it was---a caption: “Still missing? He moved on. ♡”

You grimaced briefly, then exhaled, deciding to snap back purely for the principle of it. You didn't care, not really, but still, bitches deserve a lesson once in their lives.

You lifted your phone quietly, capturing a photograph of the sleeping boy resting against your chest, hair slightly tousled, his bare torso pressed to yours, his face burrowed even deeper in slumber. His toned arms were draped around your waist with lazy instinct, rather than conscious intent. The picture was real, no need for poses as the sleeping man genuinely clung to you just for the sake of it, like it would help him live longer.

But you could bet she never had something as real, maybe a night stand with a drunk guy that she thought would last.

Then you added the caption: “Not at all, your brother’s a sweetheart. And... Your mom is asking when you’re coming home?”

You hit send, placed your phone upon the bed, and shifted slightly, careful not to disturb him. Su-ho.

And sue you, you would have given anything to see her face in that precise moment. Shock? Anger? Anything but that stupid smile would've been perfect for you, no favouritisms. But until you heard that oh so attended notification of her answer, you preferred to put your focus over the person who didn't make you want to pull your hair out just by looking in their direction.

At the end, either it was a buzz of your phone, or a knock on Su-ho's bedroom door, because no way someone as annoyingly nosy, bitchy and irritating as her wasn't gonna answer.
