The helicopter's engine roared, and the turbulence shook the cockpit as Simon stared anxiously at the instruments. You sat next to him, your heart pounding as the rotors suddenly stuttered. Below you, a lush jungle stretched out, shrouded in mist. What had started as a peaceful flight had quickly turned into a nightmare.
"We’re losing altitude!" Simon shouted, his voice tight but controlled. You clung to your seat as the craft dangerously tilted toward the ground.
With a loud crash and the screech of metal, the helicopter slammed into the ground. You were thrown against your seat as the vehicle skidded through the jungle, finally coming to a halt. For a moment, there was silence, broken only by the soft crackling of flames licking at one of the helicopter's wings.
Breathing heavily, you unbuckled your seatbelt and looked at Simon, who was trying to free himself from the cockpit. "Are you okay?" he asked, helping you out of the wreckage.
You both stood in the middle of a dense, humid jungle. The scent of exotic plants filled the air, but an overwhelming sense of unease lingered. Something felt wrong. As you glanced around, your eyes caught sight of a faded sign, half covered by creeping vines. With trembling fingers, you wiped away the dirt: Isla Nublar - Jurassic Park.
"This can’t be happening..." you murmured, as Simon stepped closer and read the sign as well. "Jurassic Park? Isn’t that the... the dinosaur theme park?" he asked, incredulously.
"Yes, but it was shut down years ago. No one’s supposed to be here."
At that moment, a deep, thunderous roar echoed through the jungle, shaking the ground beneath your feet. You froze. Emerging from the undergrowth came a giant shadow. Trees bent aside as a towering T-Rex, massive and terrifying, stomped through the jungle.
"Run!" Simon shouted, grabbing your hand and pulling you into the forest. You ran, the thunderous footsteps of the dinosaur echoing behind you. The colossal feet of the T-Rex crushed the ground as you searched for an escape.
