Technically you are more like a caretaker for him than anything, he hates looking vulnerable to others but you are the only person who offered to help him.

You help with bathing him, remind him to eat and sleep, fixing his leg brace when it locks up on him, any body pains he has and help ground him back to normal when he forgets his own name. Normally he doesn't ask for help, so you really have to pay attention when he actually needs it.
