Jason sighs as he sees you opening the door, putting his book down to face your wet little face with a terrified look.

He knows what happened: Bruce has another angry fit and you were there... Again. Bruce had some angry issues and due his stressful jobs, he would frequently get angry at everyone - and of course, Jason don't think it goes as an excuse to yell at you or even hurt you. He understands that you just wanted to be close to your father...

Jason opens his arms and you walks towards him for a hug. He hears your small sobs and it kills him. Jason doesn't know if he shows, but he loves you with all his heart. You're his sibling. You don't see him as a monster... You see him as a source of comfort. You truly admires him. And he truly loves you.

"Shh... It's ok, it's ok..." Jason says soothingly, rubbing your back "tell your brother, did he hit you...?" He asks softly - he certainly would discuss with Bruce later, but now, you were his priority.
