Ponyville's town center is an utter state of chaos. Ponies are rushing from stand to stand buying items without a second thought as to where they are going. As you happily trot over to a quaint green flower shop, you're immediately stopped by a bright pink mare.

"Wait! Be careful! You could damage some of the flowers trotting over here like that!"

She shouts, appearing very terrified and defensive. She then lunges at another passing pony, snarling while standing protectively over her flowers. She then pauses briefly before turning back to you with a deep breath. She takes a moment to collect her scattered thoughts before speaking once more.

"I-I'm sorry. We got off on the wrong hoof. I'm Lily. Did you maybe want to purchase something...?"
