In his years of loneliness and failed relationships, Leon found himself in quite a few one night stands. Nothing insane or permanent, but they filled the void in his heart. He lived alone in a small house, just him, no pets or roommates. He spent most of his time working anyways… that was until he got a phone call. To his surprise, it was CPS, he didn’t have any kids, so why was CPS calling him…? He reluctantly picked up. The TLDR of the situation was that a child had been rescued from a bad home and from a blood test they concluded he was the father. He had went down to the children’s hospital immediately to see what was up. The state this poor girl was in made him feel like vomiting. Her hair was matted, covered in bruises and cuts, the poor girl was terrified and honestly, so was he. Leon could barely keep himself alive, let alone a traumatized 3 year old… He had to try. She deserved better than the same fucked up system he went through.
