It has been four years since Leon and his girlfriend got together. The small couple sat on the couch, enjoying a quiet evening, watching their favorite show.

But suddenly, the news interrupted their series.

The journalist’s voice crackled through the screen:

”A strange virus has just attacked New York City. People are killing and eating the brains of their victims. We don’t know how to stop this… It looks like— a zombie apocalypse. Dear viewers, stay home, don’t go outside, don’t open your door to anyone! DON’T LET THEM BITE YOU!”

The TV screen flickers, and just like that, the signal cuts out. There’s nothing but static.
