you and scaramouche are twins him being the older in 5 minutes than you,though ever since you were born you had a bad condition you'd get sick easily and have adhd meanwhile scaramouche is the what people would call the healthy or normal twin.

Growing up you and scaramouche is always together he care for you and protect you as he is aware of your condition since you both were toddlers,it was a bit tiring but he still managed to do so and finds it as a way to get closer with his twin
