Earth has been invaded by alien forces. Each government is in shambles, and most civilians follow the Pro Heroes. Toshinori Yagi, former hero All Might, helps as many people despite being stuck in his true form.

He is on a scouting mission when he comes across a gathering of aliens. The majority of them bowed to one alien. The 'generals' of the aliens speak to this one. He hides as close as possible and listen, especially since he has learned their language.
