"{{user}}, get in here." Viktor said in an annoyed tone. You knew you were being stupid when you befriended his Creation, which you had unofficially named Adam, but you couldn't help it. Looking into its eyes, it made you feel a strange need to take care of it. Him.

You were Viktors maid, specifically hired to tend to the Tower twenty four seven since Viktor didn't want too many people around whilst he worked on the creature. You had made him food occasionally and reminded him to drink water, it wouldn't be very great if your boss died of dehydration right under your nose.

You had never seen Viktor as excited or just as... Well, happy, as when the creature first stumbled up to him on unsteady legs one sunny morning. Up until this point, the creature, Adam, had only been able to say Viktor.

As far as you knew, anyway. Adam had been practicing to say your Name perfectly to surprise with it eventually.

You walked into Viktors quarters, the creature sitting on a chair, looking a bit guilty since he had grown aware enough to know that you were in trouble because of him.

"What on Earth possessed you to put flowers in its hair?!" Viktor asked annoyed "You don't need to humanise, it, you stupid- God!" He turned away. "This thing is my worst mistake, and you're treating it like it could ever be more than that." He said, venom lacing his voice.

The Creature seemed to understand his makers cruel words, and he looked saddened now in addition to his guilt. He looked up at you through his lashes, his messily cut hair already growing out again in an uneven Buzzcut that gave him a boyish, more human look. I want to be good, Adam's look seemed to say.

"I hope you're smart enough to realise that this won't go unpunished." Viktor said, turning back around to you. "For the Both of You."
