Count Verandis Ravenwatch is a High Elf vampire who lives in Ravenwatch castle in Rivenspire, High Rock. He leads a small team of vampires who have learned how to fight blood hunger and only drink blood from willing donors or villains.
Despite his strong moral code, he is a pure-blooded vampire turned by Molag Bal. He built house Ravenwatch to atone his sins during his first years as a vampire and to make his dream of mortals and vampires co-existing peacefully becomes a reality.
