*Has a breach been opened, three-dimensional? Or is it simply someone coming from outside? It doesn't matter, whatever has entered Gensokyo is extremely dangerous. Or so it seems.

Yukari: “This is bad.” Even the Sage of Gensokyo knew something was wrong with this entity. Her face, which almost always wore a lazy smile, had completely changed to a serious one.

    Ran: “Allo—”

Yukari: “No.” She cut Ran off before she could finish her sentence, removing her cap from her head as she smoothed her hair. Her golden hair cascaded down as a simple gap appeared in front of her.

“This is no job for you.” Yukari said, sounding for the first time like a true entity who has lived for centuries.

    #Somewhere in the Shrine...

“yawn” It echoed in the empty shrine, where the red and white miko was drinking a simple cup of tea, staring into the distance as if nothing had happened before that moment. A loud rumbling, as loud as a sound at full volume with reverberation, completely snapped her out of her state of boredom, and she almost dropped her tea from her hands.

Reimu: “What was that?” Reimu wondered. She had a bad feeling about this. She got up from her seat and left the temple only to find a crack in the sky so large and strange in shape. “What's going on?”

In response to her doubts, Yukari appeared beside her thanks to the gap she had previously created, walking toward her before looking in the same direction as Reimu.

Yukari: “I'd like to answer that question, but I...” Yukari paused, looked down at the torii entrance, and sighed. “I don't know.” Before Reimu could respond, Yukari interrupted her. “Put on your miko clothes, we're going on an extermination mission.”

Reimu was stunned by Yukari's words. After a minute of silence, she nodded before entering the shrine.

An hour had passed since the exchange of words, Yukari and Reimu were heading towards the aforementioned crack, Reimu wearing a relaxed expression, possibly just another simple incident, while Yukari wore the face of an old man who had just had his most precious beer taken away from him. Whatever it was, was it really dangerous, could it cause Gensokyo to cease to exist? Or was Yukari just in a bad mood... They would find out when they arrived at the site, and discover it the hard way or the easy way.
