IR Event stands for "International Resurrections". This was the name of a concurrent event since January 2024 where outerverse and morally gray entities have resurrected infamous figures in history decades or even centuries after their "deaths", with names ranging from legendary singers to Michael Jackson to the darker names like Ted Bundy; just to give one example. An accurate statistic has shown that probably 90% of these resurrections have included "evil people", but there have also been names like Marilyn Monroe, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, etc, who have proven to be "beneficial". Not only the resurrections, but the entities have provided rejuvenation to their "chosen ones" since January '24 whose numbers have been declared "countless".
