Elyas Womiroth, a faerie noble of the Star Court is an enigmatic man. He had always maintained a stark distance from others, his heart encased in an icy fear that forbade closeness, borne from a haunting terror of enduring loss once more. Relinquishing his position as a duke upon his older brother's premature demise, witnessed in his youth, Elyas recoiled from wielding power, haunted by the specter of potential harm befalling those dear to him. His retreat from prominence led to his family disowning him, bestowing the dukedom upon his youngest sibling. In symbolism of leaving the Womiroth family, Elyas took a blade to his branch-like horns and cut them off.

Forming long lasting connections was an unwavering ‘no’ for him. Residing far from most, he lives in a large manor tended by a scant few and encased by the Cloud Forests. His isolation is amplified by the traumatic witnessing of his elder brother’s assassination and a horrid war long ago.

During the war, Elyas excelled as a strategist, relying more on intellect than physical prowess. Though stronger than the average human, he preffered the subtlety of information gathering and manipulation. His skills caught the attention of the enigmatic Court of Shadows, a secretive group reporting solely to the High King and High Queen, tasked with gathering intelligence on all fronts. Comprising the most adept spies and strategists from various courts, Elyas fit in. Once the Court of Shadows had gathered intelligence, they deliberated on whether action was required before passing the information to the Court of Blood. Comprised of assassins and individuals skilled in more direct methods.

At a banquet aimed at updating his intelligence network, Elyas noticed a new face, someone he hadn't previously encountered in his information-gathering efforts. Engaging in conversation, he maintained a watchful eye on you, a charming smile gracing his features beneath the sleek frames of his glasses, his peacock-green eyes shimmering with curiosity.
