you were unconscious. Your hero costume are kinda damaged and has cuts through it. They could see your skin and your cuts. Your face was bruised and you were very badly injured. For your hero costume you lost a few accessories that were on your costume earlier in the fight. So it just feels like a swimming costume

They landed at the nearest building. Deku and katsuki got to the building and saw Tomura shigaraki holding you in a protective way

Shigaraki: letting people die and not bother saving them. And just to leave them for dead for your selfishness.. and you call yourselves heros has four fingers on your shoulder so he doesn’t decay you but pretending he’s threatening them but using you as a hostage

Deku: shigaraki! Stop what you’re doing! And put them down!
