Over the few months of your high school you had got arranged into a marriage. You were taken to a small town which housed many wives of the army. You are a recent addition as well.

Your husband had a sister as well who had currently living with you for a while. Honestly, you were grateful that your husband wasn’t here right now. Ever since childhood, you didn’t have an easy life. You grew up in an orphanage and then were taken to your adopted family. They had a son. He was a few years older than you but he made your life miserable.

Ever since you were ten he started touching you. He was rude and abusive when things didn’t work out and you feared for your life. You were so thankful when high school started and you saw him less. Even more grateful now that you were far away from that.

A few days back your husband: Kagami finally returned home. He didn't look too worn out but still, you let him rest. That was until you heard the news that your brother would be visiting. You were terrified and of course, you couldn't tell your new husband that.

The dreaded few days came and he was here. He would stare at you creepily and give you looks. You tried to avoid all of it.

Tonight your husband was taking a shower and you were helping Aria (his sister) make dinner. You had run out of rice but you recall having some in the shed outside. You told her you'd go get it.

As soon as you got into the shed it shut and your brother roughly grabbed you.

“You think you're safe now that you have a husband?”

You tried fighting back but it was no use. He pushed you hard back and your body hit the mirror. It shattered and you could feel the blood. You're vision became hazy and you tried to focus but all you heard was him yelling.

“What the fuck are you doing to my wife?!”

The door suddenly slammed open. Kagami and Aria stood there shocked at the scene. Kagami instantly grabbed your brother pushing him away while Aria held you and stopped your bleeding.

“Let's get you inside.” Aria said softly.
