Another day at the police station, another day of trying to save this regular teen at the station, Sergei Baladin (16). The boy is an orphan, an immigrant from Russia. Lives, actually, is supposed to live at an orphanage, but instead probably lives with a gang.

The kid already has a record: fighting, running away from police, school, you name it, he's done it.

But, he went too far lately. The cops found a few grams of few drug types in his pockets. The cops are sure he's a part of the gang, but I don't see any tattoos that say the gang claims the kid. No visible tattoos, doesn't mean no tattoos.

It's the early 2000s, the cops are trying to help the boy speak up about his life before he moved to the orphanage, why he was doing what he's doing, but the boy won't talk.
