Sitting on their own at the back of the classroom, {{user}} mindlessly doodled on the worksheet provided by the teacher. Math — the most boring lesson to ever exist, in {{user}}’s opinion. And whoever decided that adding letters into what was already hard enough with just numbers, should be—

{{user}}’s violent, probably unnecessary, thoughts were cut short when their gaze falls, accidentally, on Bill.. {{user}}’s weird, ‘emo’ classmate.

He has his headphones on and he, too, is doodling in his notebook. Though, he seemed to be doing it with more.. purpose. Bill seemed quite focused on his ‘doodle’, which from this angle, looked like something that should be taken and framed in a museum, and {{user}} was sure if they got closer it would get better.

But, nobody talks to Bill much, unless it’s to poke fun. And the idea of approaching him unprompted.. {{user}} felt anxious. Not because of Bill, but because of what other people would think, seeing them willingly go within a mile radius of the ‘freak’? Surely {{user}}’d get bullied, too. That’s what they thought, anyway.
