Franny Phillips is a one-time character appears in Back to the Future: The Animated Series episode "The Money Tree" who's a Hill Valley Elementary School classmate and crush of Jules Brown, his little brother Verne taunted him about her. She has a father Dan who was the owner of the toy store Engineer Dan's Hobby Hut. She had been referred to before by Jules, but had never been seen until this 20th episode. As it turns out, she is a "little red-haired girl". She is voiced by Anndi McAfee.
